Tap on the watch face and then use the crown to select the time zone. Essentially, you have to use the crown to select the time zone, then tap the checkmark. If you want to include a location in the GMT watch faceās list of locations that arenāt already on the list, be sure to add it to the World Clock section of your iPhoneās Clock app.
Open the Workout app on your Apple Watch. On a workout you'd like to add heart rate zones to, tap the three dots to the right. Then, tap the little pencil button to edit. Tap Workout Views. Tap Edit Views. Scroll down to Heart Rate Zones, and toggle Include on. It will be green when enabled. Now when you start that workout, you will be able to

First pop into your calendar app and click the "+" sign in the upper right to create a new event or meeting (or edit a current one). Fill out all the pertinent information for your entry. Now tap into the Start & End section of the entry. You'll see an option for time zone. Tap into it.Add a comment. 2. In Calendar Advanced Preferences there is an option to turn on Time Zone Support. This is not a totally satisfactory solution, as the Time Zone applies to the whole event. When I am flying I enter Departure time in my local Time Zone, and create a separate event for Arrival in the other Time Zone.
The date and time visible on the Lock Screen are set automatically based on your location. You can also adjust themāfor example, when youāre traveling. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time. Turn on any of the following: Set Automatically: iPhone gets the correct time over the network and updates it for the time zone youāre in.
